Reporting

IMPACT presently contains a library of over 350 Crystal Reports developed by our staff over the past 6 years to address a variety of reporting requirements presented by our customers.  IMPACT also contains 100 reports coded in our native language that primarily drive repetitive reports such as "claims on hold" and "pricing sheets".

Listing these 450 reports seems ineffectual here.  Let's just put it this way:

1.  MCSI will develop (or has already developed) any report in our native programming language that can and should most efficiently be produced in that manner.

2. Crystal Reports is our report generator of choice.  Although there are other, usually more expensive, choices that will interface nicely with IMPACT, we have channeled our report generation energies into Crystal.  Most of customers have become very proficient in this product and require very little, if any, assistance from us to produce all of the reports they need and/or want.
